Refunds & Replacement
We are happy to replace any product that is faulty/damaged, doesn't meet specification or is incorrect. Any damages are required to be reported within 14 days of delivery. We will cover the cost of return shipping if you have received a damaged, incorrect, or faulty item.
If you would like to exchange an unopened product, you will be required to cover the cost of the return shipping.
Our team is more than happy to help, so please reach out to hello@futuredripcoffee.com within 30 days to commence a returns process.
Satisfaction Policy
At Future Drip, we are committed to bringing our customers the highest quality coffee. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.
We offer a risk free guarantee on Future Drip Coffee if:
- It’s less than 14 days since your package was delivered;
- You have not used more than three servings (36grams) (photograph evidence of this is needed).
- You have taken and stored the product as directed;
- You have not returned an item before.
If your item meets this criteria, please note the following:
- Email hello@futuredripcoffee.com to organise a return;
- You cover the shipping cost of the return to us;
- We will process a refund once we receive your item;
- Original order shipping costs are not refundable.
